An accomplished businessman and entrepreneur, Ryan Wuerch is dedicated to giving back to the community. At present, his family operates two philanthropic organizations, the Wuerch Family Foundation and Epiphany International. The focus of these organizations remains on education, goodwill missions, and humanitarian support both domestically and abroad. Ryan Wuerch has personally travelled to make a difference for communities in need, such as digging wells in the Central African Republic and orphanages is Africa. He also sits on the board of the largest global scholarship provider for women, the Miss America Organization.
Ryan Wuerch founded Motricity, which became a global name for mobile data services with clients like Verizon, AT&T, Reliance in India and Telefonica in Europe. This company went public in 2010 and had a market value of more than $1 billion. That year, he was recognized as an Ernst & Young Pacific Northwest Entrepreneur of the Year.
Later, Ryan Wuerch founded Solavei, which had more than 400,000 subscribers within three years. The company realized revenue of more than $140 million. Today he dedicates his time to DOSH, which he founded last year, and continues to invest in promising technology and healthcare startups.
